I couldn't actually go to it cause they apparently shut it down whenever an American diplomat is in town. I think Condaleeza Rice was in town at the time so they locked it down. I know a guy who did QA for a MOBA that was a partner with Tencent. The Chinese server had some extra rules. There were two language filters. "Dirty words" like the equivalent of cursing would get blocked the same as the American server.
