While a horrible person, just like Sadaam. You can clearly see that they were the only thing preventing isis/alqaeda from taking root and growing. Sometimes you have to choose the lesser of two evils, atleast they had functioning countries as opposed to what Iraq/lybia is now

I dont think it was a bad idea to prevent Muammar Gaddhafi from overrunning the second-largest city in Libya, particularly when he was pledging brutal retribution.
The problem was backing half a dozen disparate rebel groups in ousting him and being shocked to discover that they all had very different ideas about what a post-Gaddhafi Libya should look like.

Also the worst people tend to get the most foreign backing because theyre easier to buy.

I can be against both things. The state of Libya is awful and what happened to them is terrible. How NATO managed that was a monstrous fuckup

Gaddafi was no saint but what happened to Libya is a tragedy people barely acknowledge. The country is totally destroyed now, with warring governments being no less corrupt and murderous.
