That's how the rich stay rich. And how they become rich to begin with. We have a family 'friend' who owns and let's out at least 8 properties. But she's the tightest person we've ever known irl.

But this is a separate issue from all of the above. If you can afford a $2 million apartment and you're telling workers paid sub-minimum wage to stop "begging for handouts" because you don't want to tip them when you make the decision to eat out, you're just not a very good person and that's a bad look, anti-capitalist or not.
