The whole point of tolerance was to tolerate something. You're under no obligation to bang it. That's also kind of the point of the woke sexual awakening. Bang whomever you want provided they want to bang you back and don't feel like you need to live up to any other sort of standard.

Its not rape but I think it should be in its own class of violation kind of like how statutory rape can be two people consenting but one person technically isnt old enough to consent. That said good luck getting any sympathy from anyone on planet earth in 2021 if you in this situation

It's probably more fair on the other person to be as transparent as possible, but you gotta do things for you sometimes. and if there is consensual person to person sex between two people then the word rape can't be used. The condom scenario is different due to STIs and pregnancy risk etc

I imagine this is only an issue with post op trans anyway right?
