In 2019, Amazon had a reported 14,000 serious injuries in their fulfillment centers which works out to about 8 injuries per 100 hundred employees which is double the national average.
To make matters worse, Amazon employees are discouraged from reporting injuries and Amazon underreports the severity of their employee injuries.
