it is quite possibly one of the biggest trials in recent memory in the united states.
for background, durst is the black sheep heir to the billionaire durst real estate family in new york city. he has already inexplicably beat a murder charge in galveston texas in 2003 and now faces even longer odds in this trial. the evidence once again seems overwhelming but durst is represented by one of the best trial lawyers in the country and an all around incredible legal team. no matter what happens the trial is fascinating and is largely a result of a documentary durst voluntarily participated in called the jynx in which he greatly implicated himself --- I am thinking about just walking into the river now that Megaupload is gone and condoms are in porn.-Fubonis ...
