It is pretty incredible how much the internet and social media had changed the world
Pretty much every society on Earth has changed more in the last 40 years than the last 300. Always irks me when something bad is happening or someone has shitty behavior, and people only complain about people getting their phones out to film it.

Conspiracy theories, political extremism, and other negative social issues have grown tremendously like giving oxygen to a flame thanks to social media.
