I only shower at night if I worked out or sweated a lot that day. I always shower in the morning regardless because my hair and skin gets oily over night.

I didn't realise this was an issue people had. I know lots prefer to shower in the morning and not evening/night but never knew it was a problem.

Cuz some gross ass people like getting in bed smelling like their whole day and those same people sweat profusely as they sleep.

I sweat in my sleep and don't feel clean the next day if I shower at night. Showering in the morning fixes that. If I'm particularly dirty before bed, I'll shower and then take another one in the morning, but taking two showers a day long-term is bad for your skin.

i shower before bed because i dont want to have to wash my bedding every fucking day. was a bit of a hassle when i had a long ponytail since it took hours for my hair to dry.

I hate showering in the morning. I like to sleep for as long as I possibly can before I absolutely have to get up, so cutting out the morning shower gives me an extra 30mins (including drying) sleep.
