unironically go outside to walk, especially if it's gonna be that long. I guess a treadmill could get you in good enough shape to be comfortable with that until you get outside. I'd say 20-30 minutes is good until you're there. good luck tc

30-45 mins. At least that's what my doctor tells me.

I have a hiking trail behind my house, so that's where I tend to go.

Did 30 minutes and quit because tired but I have a good grasp on where my limit is, if I continue with doing it daily like I plan I could probably get to an hour or higher in a few weeks as my body gets used to this type of activity, the biggest thing was balance and boredom I think next time I'm gonna try and balance my tablet on it so I can at least watch something while walking

Depends how sedentary your lifestyle is.

I'm of the mindset that I want to break a sweat atleast once a day. That could be running for only like 5-10 minutes or going for a brisk walk for 30 minutes to an hour
