This was a bit in the past so it might be different now, but some of the mods don't have a firm grasp of the English language. And "appeal" doesn't work at all.
But it's not bad enough to leave.

This is hilarious. The site lurched far to the right under SBAllen and especially after Trump got in. You have loud "progressive" types on Politics board but they're a minority. They are greatly outnumbered by corporate shill liberals. But go anywhere else and it's a bunch of (mostly) conservative white men whining about how unfair everything is while lambasting whatever they see as "woke".

PS. I said this before recently when we had a poll on this board about the political makeup of this site, but a leftist forum would never tolerate something like a MAGA board ever existing. Ever. And that shit was around for a long time. It took an insurrection to get rid of it. This destroys any argument about GFAQs being leftist.

The funny thing about that poll was the majority voted for this place being a leftist hivemind - something only conservatives would do. They outed themselves without saying anything and the poll results contradicted what they were voting for. You can't make this stuff up.

This is also, true. One person said that hoped my whole family and all my friends died or something. So I said, same to you. And I was nodded when I got back on. When I asked why I was modded and they werent, I was told that it was probably because they werent marked

I marked either Kana or Erik for advocating violence against me. Nothing happened. I went to Hellhole to complain about it... and I got suspended. But I marked both Erik and Kana's posts, nothing happened to either one (or to the time when Kana talked about wanting to kill me). I think the only threat of violence against me that did get modded was Arctic's, and I didn't even bother marking that one (and I think he also got in trouble for an indirect murder threat).

This site is absurdly far to the left. And again, the reason that Hitler comparison rule got dropped was because mods were making the comparison non-stop, and who do you think their usual target was? I've reported literal death threats and suggestions of violence against myself or other posters and *nothing* fucking happened. I get that there can be gray areas and differences of opinion in modding, but advocating that a poster should be injured or killed is glaringly against the TOS and would be taken seriously anywhere else.

You people don't know what far left means. MAGA was full of Trumpers, moreso as time went on. And yes a bunch of people followed them on there in the beginning from Politics to troll them. But that attracted more Trumpers too. The Trumpers also engaged in much trolling so it was a back and forth. But the non Trump people were mostly Dem liberals which are NOT leftists. Liberals and leftists disagree all the time. Far Leftists are the smallest part of this site, its dominated by conservatives and liberals. Just like, you know, the 2 main US parties.
