If we include guns, then Simho Hayha. Greatest sniper to have ever lived, literally a legend. Over 500 kills in an 80 day period. Russia sent literal hit squads to kill the guy, and as far as I know he took them all out. During his 80ish day tour in the Finnish army during the winter war he only stopped after he was hit by a stray bullet. He woke up after the war was over and lived to the ripe old age of 96'.

Excluding guns then probably Genghis Khan.

Anyway...... I don't know how much of it is real and how much legend but supposedly in the Three Kingdoms period of China, Xiahou Dun was in a battle when someone shot him in the eye with an arrow. Legend goes he pulled the arrow, and eye out, ate his own eye then continued the battle. He's my favorite Dynasty Warriors character because of that
