If I did back then, Id probably be on a drug still that I struggled with wondering if I was still "crazy" and really needed it or if I didn't. It's not as black & white as the world makes it appear. Especially the people benefitting billions off those prescriptions. Don't get me wrong, it's for some that really need it. But I'm proof that it shouldn't always be your first option, if nothing else. Definitely seek out professional help if it runs your entire life. But for me, it was something that would just come around when I was careless.
