From the points shop? No.

Giving awards gives the recipient one third of the points you spent on the award and that's the only way to gift the points.

I have Wolfenstein on PS4 but I havent gotten around to playing them yet ^_^

I always see them going quite cheap, just never pick them up for some reason.

I know they're well received though. I still have a few PS4 titles sitting on the shelf, sealed. Day's Gone and Hellblade have been sitting there for ages. Not sure when I'll ever get around to playing them.
