...openly expressing extreme and thorough distaste for the rules of the community and making clear that you have no desire to comply with them?

I just signed up for a group where the first few rules are the dude who runs it threatening to abuse his administrative powers if you dont fucking pop some pills before you go in there to sell stuff, basically. He just sounds super cranky and comes off as an asshole, but I need to sell some stuff so I have to play nice. Once I sell the stuff Ill break every single one of them, including some Facebook rules and get myself removed my way.

Although, a bunch of snowflakes got their way into Savage Memes on Facebook and started reporting everyone and everything and, that ruined that group.

So, yes and no, depending.

No. The rules could be bad rules. Sometimes the person making the rules get go on a power trip.

Possibly. If your complaining is breaking the sites rules then yeah they should be free to ban you.

Depends how you express it I think. If you offer constructive criticism about why the rules are bad, than probably not.

If you're just bitching, acting rude or disruptive and flouting the rules, than that's fair game.

No, I mean just TELLING everyone you don't want to. Just being really belligerent and saying you have no patience for the rules and solely want to cause trouble.
