Superman: Can fly, has superhuman strength, etc. Has actual superpowers.
Batman: Relies on elaborate plans, fancy gadgets, etc. No superpowers. Both work. The idea of "superheroes but without superpowers" is an interesting one. But mixing both in the same universe is just weird. And in the end, it's the ones with superpowers that end up fitting better, so Superman it is. --- You wouldn't download a Trumble. ...
