I am going to get an electric car , next time I get a car.
I hope by that time, they fix the child labor that goes into getting the batteries.But I am not someone who cares about the environment a lot. Besides defending our water ways. Fish and turtles need places to live. But after this year and these records heat waves. I think I can do my part in helping stop that. I just got a jeep that gets 13 miles per gal. Most cars being sold will be electric down a decade or so anyway. And not so sure how reversible global warming can be?

I'm sure I will when they become cheaper and more common place. Things are definitely heading that way.
Or maybe a hybrid like the 40mpg pick up truck Ford is releasing this year. I think that starts under 20k, so other hybrids should get a lot cheaper too. --- ... Copied to Clipboard!

I'd love to get a Tesla and our complex even has free charging in the parking garage but I can't get over the range if I were to take a long road trip.
