Gotta wonder if he's complicit in the attack. Republicans REALLY don't want this investigation to happen. McCarthy refused to act to remove MTG from her committee assignments with her constant bullshit, but now he's doing this...

At first, Nancy Pelosi offered a somewhat slanted bipartisan commission. Kevin McCarthy demanded completely equal membership among other things. Nancy Pelosi gave Kevin McCarthy everything he wanted, but he still voted against it. It passed the house, but died in the senate because Republicans blocked it.

Now, Nancy Pelosi has put together a Benghazi-style committee.

At this point, I wouldn't be surprised if Kevin McCarthy was one of the people communicating with the terrorists while the attack was going on.

They were all for a Benghazi investigation and wanted to learn all about her emails!!!! but the second their allies get investigated, its all about obstruction.

Youd think if it was just a tour! then you should be ok with an investigation. Hell, if they find nothing, itd sink the Democrats hard in 2022. Its like they know an investigation will find shit on the GQP.

I still can't believe I actually wasted all that time watching that 11 hour hearing. Absolutely nothing came of it and Trey Gowdy admitted afterward that they didn't learn anything new from it.

Anything other than nothing happened on 1/6 wont be accepted by the majority of the GQP in office, even if the GQP did the entire investigation.
