In an unsurprisingly scummy move, it's been up for preorders in multiple countries for 4 days, but not in the US at all.

It's odd that pre-orders are only up in some regions where a product is being sold. But, I'm not sure it's scummy since Nintendo makes the exact same amount of money either way.
