Most I've done was 94 in one go when I use to workout seriously 10 years ago. Was able to do sets of 50 but now I can only get up to 30.

300 in 15 minutes is less than half of the world record so it's very possible but you'll have to have essentially trained specifically for it.

Military service. Pounding out 100 pushups in 2 minutes is easy. After those 2 minutes though it would slow down significantly. I would be able to do the 300 in 15 mins, but the last ten might be like 1 every 10-20 seconds.

I could give you maybe 50 but my arms would be dead afterward. I can only do like 12-15 at a time, then I gotta take a breather. So I could see myself doing a set of 15 every 5 minutes and then a break, and I could cram an extra 5 in there somewhere

I know plenty of people who have served and it didn't give them elite level fitness and athleticism.

100 push ups in 2 minutes with good form is not happening. For that matter literally anyone who talks about how fast they can do pushups does shitty half rom garbage push ups from what I've seen.

100 chest to floor push ups isn't happening in two minutes.

Well, for one point you're mistaken on what a "proper form" pushup is.

Hands flat on the floor, fingers forward, shoulder width apart, arms fully extended. Feet together on your toes, legs straight. Head facing forward. You go down until your shoulders are parallel to your elbows, then you go back up. You count when your arms are fully re-extended.

I dont know who taught you that "chest to the floor" was proper technique, but it isnt. Doing them that way will over extend your shoulders and elbows.

I forgot to add that the line from your shoulders to your heels should be a straight line. This is called the "Front Leaning Rest Position"
