They would also be in every outside area. It would be to prevent crime or any wrongdoing. The cameras would be monitored by the government. They would not be able to be turned off, and anyone who covers one of them will be arrested. If anything objectionable is seen by the government on the cameras, the government orders the local police or military to arrest the individuals involved.
