I know E2-4 and 6-5 Day 2 aren't technically "named" themes, but they're so closely associated with their respective culprits that I'm good with including them (and they don't really fit anywhere else). Regardless, 6-2's is flat out amazing and is probably one of my favorite character themes in the series, period.

I wouldn't say zero buildup. They talk about it some in 5-4 and a good bit in 5-5 before the reveal.

This is a much better batch of songs than Part 1.

Went back and forth with which Pees'lubn song to vote for, went with Ethnic for the added bonus of incorporating the text noises into it.

5-5 isn't even my favorite but there was obviously so much effort put into it that I kind of have to vote for it lol

I think I'd agree with you that these are better overall because they're all enjoyable and my favorite one is here. Part 1 was pretty solid, too, though. AA knows how to do a bad guy theme.

6-1 Ethnic > 6-2 > 6-5 Day 2 > E2-4 > 5-2 > 5-5 > E2-5 > 6-5 Day 1 > 6-1 Headbanging

I have very extreme opinions on 6-1! I love the original instrumentation and the switch is a nice gag, but worse music all around.

E2-4 and 5-2 are kinda similar. Dramatic music that is more fitting for a final boss. I just think E2-4 is more appropriate but 5-2 is a bit of a guilty pleasure.

I never noticed how hard 5-5 goes until now.

Id say both days are pretty equal in strength!
