I would say the assumption of US Fed legalization is baked to some extent in all stocks, but who knows, Id probably be wrong. Weed stocks are a gamble, but they are all over the place. They are good for trading since you can start to time the ups and downs, but cheap, and just forget about them and just let them sit. Its likely that they will go back up eventually for any reason.
