Ever look into a paper route? Just you and your car delivering papers. No boss breathing down your back during the job. Course learning the route and customer's wants are a whole thing at first but you get used to it

For me it was mostly rural but I loved it. Back then though you only get Christmas day off. That was a decade ago though

Because if it is, according to the last paragraph here you should be getting at least $500/week (or approximately double what you say you're getting after tax), if you just recently lost your job, unless there's something about your situation I'm not understanding.

it is not EI. I ran out my EI sickness benefits.

It is the Alberta Social Assistance/Income Assistance, i forget which.

and honestly the crypto gift might screw me out of it if they decide to audit me but i don't even care at this point.

there is a limit per month before it starts to impede benefits.

You can refuse jobs in Uber Eats. You don't have to accept everything being offered.
