I only saw the 2nd half of the episode so I missed a lot butttttt

there was an army of mutated Morty sperms

there was a race of horse people that were at war with humans for some reason, and Rick impregenated their princess

The President of the US and some random Scientist guy (that ended up committing suicide for basically no reason) harvested Summer's egg into Giant Egg on top of a spaceship

one of Morty's "friendly" sperms inserted itself into Summer's giant Egg, it got launched into space and created a giant Incest baby that kills an Astronaut

The fuck did I watch? Rick N' Morty gets pretty batshit crazy but this is really jumping the shark
