I have a pullup bar and weights in my house and I run 50 miles a week outside

Weights aren't necessarily a full-body workout so I would expand your definition of "gym" to also include kickboxing / BJJ gyms .. running hills, biking and hiking is also quite viable.
My goal is to find something that makes me get a good sweat every day. If I don't see my abs or observe a specific "beach muscle" isn't swol then I clean up my diet for a few days and work that area more. Happy to just maintain until I break a bone and age into senescence. --- Now or never. ... Copied to Clipboard!
