Witcher 3, I'm doing some mop up in act 1 before the big chunk of story that is about to hit me in the face.

I haven't played most of them but I can say the Trials of Mana/SD3 remake is good enough to outright replace the original, in my opinion.

Just know they kept authentic SNES RPG dialog... and voiced it. Embrace the cheese or suffer.

Yup, and I haven't encountered the monster yet... or myself yet.

I'm in there, the devs said so, I just haven't seen myself yet.

My ingame cameo is from Fudo Hideki (my protagonist from Flippin' Hell) asking if he can buy/sell the dungeon

that's what I suggest, but it's not actually all that great of a game. good lore experience, but the gameplay is like the worst diablo-style gameplay I've ever seen. it's not terrible, but it's not great.

I like Inquisitor. Maybe because I do like the world of 40K, but don't generally have a taste for the games and this one is just closer to my interests than most. I bought the whole thing in a sale after getting the base as a GwG.

I wouldn't mind replaying it one day. Probably on easy though so I can just explore with no problem. I already 100% it.

it's not terrible and has its good points. I played through both parts and enjoyed it well enough.

pros: pretty great WH40k lore; I was the male psyker and really liked the voice actor; the combat is at least somewhat enjoyable; the story, setting, and atmosphere are all pretty great

cons: a lot of the voice acting is not so great; the itemization is pretty lousy; everything is kind of a "not that great" version of diablo mechanics; difficulty can be arbitrarily changed at any time so the game doesn't really feel challenging; a fair bit of "microtransaction" style mechanics; the level design is extremely dull

Ya, Inquisitor is really kidna suck and jank - but it's not 'terrible' enough for me to stop playing... at least until I beat the story.

Like, it's really easy to get stuck on walls... which is really weird, that's like Haven & Hearth levels of pathfinding

Sadly, all the guns in the game suck except for the heavy flamer

Blasphemous is great. They did an update recently they added new custscenes to parts of the game. It's a bit tougher than the average metroidvania but it is fun. There's also a true ending so check a guide if you want to get that.
