The opening to Final Fantasy 8 blew my mind when the game first came out, the CG and the music was epic

KH2 was my first KH game. I remember watching the opening then getting dropped into a game that seemed completely unrelated to anything in it.

The Red Carpet sequence from Final Fantasy X wowed me enough that I went out of my way to show it to friends. Bonus points to X for giving you an in-game ability to replay cinematics.
