I do. I have a bench and some dumbells with around 150lbs of various plates. does the job with the little equipment. would like a couple more bars so I dont have to change them all the time...

I lift weights and do abdomen stuff. I dont have a high opinion on cardio, I have the view that it is largely a waste of time for anyone that isnt a professional athlete or training for some athletic competition. People really spend money on gym memberships to look at their phone for 20-40 mins doing the (lowest-intensity) cardio on the treadmill.


Ehh, feels good to know I can run continuously for a long period of time. Much bigger sense of accomplishment than I get with heavy lifts. Also feels like it's one of the more real life useful activities.
