Films have a much longer time to polish and take care of animation so they end up looking better. --- I want you to grab your nuts. Grab your balls. You got your Invincible, your Primal, Archer is still running iirc, that Harley Quinn show, Tuca and Bertie, Rick and Morty is precisely as ugly as its intended to be (certainly not because of its budget), and of course Netflix has (and had) a ton of great looking stuff. Hell, even Disney has The Owl House, which looks fine.
