I'm finally at the point where I can go to hell and fight the demons to level up but the in-game monsters are tough and I keep getting smoked. Onimusha is kind of the original Dark Souls when you think about how leveling up works. Nearly every hardware revision(outside of the final one) uses a cheap capacitor for the clock that at this point in time will have started leaking. It'll eat through the motherboard and kill the system. My favorite was playing the squirrels trying to get into the teddy's base while being defenseless. But yeah, the sword was super good too. Is it just as choppy? Where you just swing in the general area and pop their heads off? no, they did a better job balancing the 'class' for the multiplayer since they were trying to make it competitive. if you were good you could wreck with the sneaker class, but to get the beheading kill you had to land a 3 hit combo so it wasn't an instant kill. i think you could miss the first two hits though, i cant remember well since its been so long. --- Taarsidath-an halsaam.
