I voted for Square, but Nintendo has the best sheer amount of great music. Capcom is great at the smaller, quicker stuff (Mega Man stages, Street Fighter character themes, etc).

it doesnt seem very close, if squaresoft is included in square enix they have by far the best collection of soundtracks
