And i can safely say that Visage is the only game to ever make me anxious playing it and legitimately scare me. The game starts off intense AF with you shooting your wife and kids in the face and then braining yourself, and it goes downhill from there. It plays on every single type of fear that a game can from cheap jump scares to super unsettling atmosphere and shit that will make you nearly hallucinate. Every little creak you hear will put you on edge, even when there is nothing that is a real threat to you around. Then later in the game, you start to notice things watching you from around distant corners. Just a tiny bit of their face is peaking out and it dips as soon as you get a good look at it.
