Current Events > What are some must have games for 3DS?

I dont play many games, and I generally use a PC for gaming, but I like handhelds so I can play outside the house/while I "watch" TV. I also have a Vita.

With that in mind I pretty much just play Nintendo games. My current library consists of:
Zelda OoT, MM, aLBW, aLttP, OoX (both)
Pokemon Red, Gold, Crystal, AS, Sun
Smash Bros
Mario Kart 7
Kirby Triple Deluxe
FE Awakening
Animal Crossing NL
Super Metroid
Wario Land 3

I want to get the new Metroid 2 remake, MMX, Hyrule Warriors, Pokemon X, Pokemon Super Mystery Dungeon, Yoshi's New Island, Mario and Luigi Dream Team, Mega Man Xtreme 2, and Zelda LADX. Maybe Mario Maker. Any other ideas?

That's good to know, I still havent finished Awekening, I always get close to the end and then stop because I got bored. Probably restarted it about 6 times.

Funny, I have the back and blue one lol. I wanted a regular sized "new" 3ds for the changeable faceplates, but settled for the new 2DS XL.

Rhythm Heaven Megamix is sooo good, digital only but one of the best games on the system imo. WarioWare Gold is also great.

Also there's a bunch of SMT games that are all good, I like IV. And I remember having a blast with Kid Icarus Uprising. The online is probably dead, but the story mode is definitely still worth checking out.

Do you also want suggestions for the DS? Because that blows the list wide open if so.

I plan on doing digital only, as a portable system the less I have to carry the better. OoT and Pokemon Sun are the only physical games I own for it. I have over 16,000 blocks available too, so I have room for everything.

I liked the 3DS version when I had it, but I sold it off a while back because I needed money. I'd get it on switch instead but mine broke :(

I do. I remember there were a bunch of weird games I wanted to get back in the day, but I can't actually remember which games they were.

The entire mainline Ace Attorney series is available, and DD and SoJ are exclusive. One of my favorite series of all time.

Monster Hunter 4 Ultimate can get you hooked for hundreds of hours, a bit dated compared to newer entries but still a great game

Some people didn't like it, but I'm a Metroid II fan that loved Samus Returns.
