In the lobby waiting the 15mins as I type this

Im not scared of shots/needles but not a fan of them like most sane people, and WTF that had the be the most painless injection Ive had, which is good.

Felt like the needle was smaller as well, been forever since Ive had a shot of any kind but remember actually feeling them go in farther

2nd dose appointment is 8/13..Friday the 13th

The vaccine itself hurt less than the flu shot but it made me kind of sick a few days later.

For the rest of the day it feels like someone punched you in the shoulder really hard.

Arm soreness has kicked it, can only extend it halfway up

Read the best thing to do is exercise it/keep it moving, for the blood flowto the deed closet!

How come you're just now getting it? Were you on the fence about it or just didn't have the time? Total non-judgmental post (I don't plan on getting it myself) but I'd assume a lot of people getting it this late feel they need to or for whatever reason haven't yet.

-Did my research
-Waited for the hype to die down cause some people I know that were getting it as soon as it came out had to drive an hour away to get it because it was so overwhelmed in my area
-Mostly just life/work getting in the way, trying to find the right weekend to do it

Might as well right?

Only thing that I semi-regret is getting it in my dominant arm(right)

Read some stuff where you want the opposite arm and other articles say get it in your dominant arm because you want to move the arm around to keep the blood flowing and avoid any stiffness

Guess its really what you think is best for you

trying to find the right weekend to do it

this is true. my roommate had to work the day after the shot. he was fatigued all day.
myself: i ended up fatigued day after the shot for half a day. just slept it off and was right as day except for the arm pain for a week (only hurt if i moved it up to grab something).

Definitely wanted to avoid that

About 4-5 hours after the first dose I felt real groggy and fell asleep outta nowhere for almost an hour..not sure if that was from the shot or from the long work week

Fatigue is a fairly common symptom I think, though of course different people react differently from the vaccine. I felt achy for a few days after my 2nd shot.
