Do you still stay friends with many of them, or have you lost all contact, or somewhere inbetween?

For me, I had some excellent friends growing up, but basically the last time I spoke to them was A-Level results day (age 18). I can't believe how little contact with them I've had since then. I have no earthly idea what the vast majority of them are doing. Sad.

Yea they'd be on Facebook or at the least people who you went to school with.

Talking to people I've known since 1977 and haven't seen since the early 90s.

It's also funny how some people who might have been asses, bullies or stupid are all now regular sane people.

Not regularly, but I run into some from time to time. Had a utility guy come to the house yesterday that recognized me from hs. My insurance guy is a friend from hs. Sometimes just out and about. My legit friends are all folks I've met in the last 10 years. Mostly former coworkers.

hung out my last remaining pal from hs a couple of years ago, then he got a gf and shut himself off from the world
i then moved away to focus on my career but ended up leaving that behind earlier this year
my facebook account has been deactivated for over a decade, i could fire that up and probably become social with some people pretty easily, but i can't imagine that would lead to anything good.

Nope. The ones I saw on facebook have families now and I wouldn't wanna see most of them at this point.

I was "best friends" with a dude in high school since we were both 2 years old. Our parents were friends, we went on vacations together, had the same after school activities, etc.

Then I heard he had a graduation party and I didn't get invited, but he still wanted to hang out with me later on when all the "cool kids" he tried to impress went off to college.

So no fuck those people.
