Does decaffeinated coffee help you stay regular and does it not speed up your heart or whatever might be triggering me?

There are studies that coffee is not bad for your heart:

Coffee may help reduce risk for heart failure
By American Heart Association News

Using the AHA's Precision Medicine Platform, which gives researchers tools and access to diverse datasets, Kao and his team analyzed information from the Framingham Heart Study, the Atherosclerosis Risk in Communities Study and the Cardiovascular Health Study. Collectively, these studies included 10 years of follow-up for more than 21,000 adults who drank up to three cups of coffee per day.

Across all three studies, people who drank more coffee had a lower long-term risk of heart failure.
Among those in the Framingham and Cardiovascular Health studies, the risk of heart failure fell by 5%-12% per cup of coffee per day, compared to people who drank no coffee. For those in the Atherosclerosis Risk in Communities Study, there was no change in heart failure risk for people who drank one cup of coffee per day, but a 30% lower risk for those drank two cups or more. Drinking decaf, on the other hand, significantly increased the risk of heart failure for those in the Framingham study, while having no impact on those in the Cardiovascular Health Study.

The studies did not distinguish between coffee prepared by different methods (percolated, drip, French press or espresso), where the beans came from or how strong the coffee was. And while they attributed the reduction in heart failure risk to caffeine consumption, the researchers did not address whether these findings might apply to other caffeinated drinks, such as energy drinks, caffeinated teas, soda or other substances.

You skipped that part where I said it helps me stay regular. Being constipated would mean I have to overwork my heart to push out my poop. I don't like bananas, except in smoothies. So I could look into drinking more smoothies. I already consume a lot of fruit, but not bananas. I don't drink soda or eat fast food. Like, I'm not somebody who is completely pissing in the wind when it comes to my bodies health.

Are you getting fiber in your diet? Especially from veggies. For some reason bread doesn't do much for my poop, but if I'm eating my veggies I have excellent poops.

I dunno what then. It could be in my head, that's always a thought with me. But literally everytime I drink coffee, I feel it right where my heart is. Just a sensation you shouldn't be feeling. And at it's worst, it nakes my whole body go numb for a lil bit and I can't tell if it's pairing with anxiety of what it might be.

And it's not just with coffee, but that's one the things that trigger it

Oh. Well, I ignored those fruits, so I didn't know it was related. So I have to take the bananas orally?

Coffee can trigger anxiety in people. Its not so much the coffee thats affecting you as it is the resulting anxiety. I would talk to a doctor (who will probably tell you to decrease your caffeine consumption)

I go to the best hospital in Michigan on Thursday for a check up anyway. So, I plan on mentioning it then. I'm in respiratory, but they can probably do simple tests and let me know what my first step should be. Sucks, cause Im already dealing with other shit, but it is what it is.

This is random but do you drink your coffee with cream/sugar? If its black I would recommend adding cream (you can use milk alternatives, so take your pick) since at the very least itll cut the acidity and decrease the amount of caffeine youre consuming

Good question, I probably should of already elaborated on. I do use cream tho. I make it relatively light. I also use a light coffee. Breakfast blend.

As for the vegetable question. I only ordee take out that has vegetables and I had been waking up and eating a breakfast burrito every day that I make myself with fresh vegetables.

You sleep well? I have heart problems that are prevalent when Im not sleeping right

Sometimes drinking coffee will give me that anxiety feeling so I try not to drink it often

Same with drugs nowadays
