Anyway, the ants do have superhuman speed and strength. Johnathan, Joseph, and Josuke probably won't be able to do much in a head to head confrontation.

Giorno depends. Araki changed how he wrote the ability a lot. If you give him damage reflection and life force punch his odds get way better since Gold Experience has an A in speed. Obviously if he has Requiem then that's the end of the discussion, Giorno solos effortlessly.

Jotaro with maximum time stop also has good odds, Star Platinum should be strong enough to donut any ant

That was just because they never managed to evolve to the point they did in the world of Hunters, not because of what their peak strength is.

And it wasn't radiation, radiation is just the obvious analogy Togashi was making with it. It was explained to be a poison that could swiftly evolve and propagate within its hosts.

Pretty sure Giorno with GER would be their only chance it winning. Remember that the ants pretty much have an army with modern weaponry on their side, so just getting something like Star Platinum in range of taking out the higher ups would be hard.
