The only one that's even misleading is "can potentially die from the vaccine" (in that yes, it's technically true that it can happen, but it's so goddamn rare that it's not worth paying any thought whatsoever to the possibility of).

You can technically die from sneezing.
The exact scenarios required for that to happen is so rare that it's not worth focusing on.
