You are completely misreading the statistics.

93% of the 93% of people who saved the Rachni Queen also spared them in 3.

67% of the 7% of people who killed the Ranchi Queen also killed the Reaper one.

For real. I think there's a single cutscene in the entire trilogy where a biotic Shepard actually uses their biotics, and it's all the way in Citadel.

I played as an engineer... the least played class.

In ME1 I played infiltrator, which, uh, turns out sniper rifles are garbage in that game, but the skillset was pleasing. In ME2 I switched over to engineer and loved it (when I got the sniper rifle training on the ship) and am currently continuing that tradition in ME3. It's a really fun class.

It's actually a huge increase compared to before. When Mass Effect 3 released it was only 18% for FemShep.

I love the fact that I don't really need to ever shoot a gun. I can just light your ass up with fire and ice and send out little drones to fuck you up.

I was a Ruthless Paragon. I felt the it made the character conflicted. He was someone who always wanted to do the right thing, he always wanted as a many people come back from a mission as possible (on both sides) but sometimes life does not allow for those out comes .

Then it became all about colors.

Same (though I don't play strict paragon), I liked the idea of being ruthless in their own way, but defying the way that the game stereotypically insinuates that the word implies a shitty "the end justifies the means at any cost" philosophy.

Soldier is boring in ME1 but it's a fun class in the sequels. Adrenaline Rush is a cool ability.

Mass effect 1 was some bs without it tbh. Shields were paper thin and if it was a boss or large group would tear through the entire squad in under a few seconds without turtling.

I can't imagine playing as the Soldier and only using guns and not any of the cool biotic or tech powers.

Had to open a menu to use them didn't they? I remember being able to map them in the later 2 but not the first. Far more fun in my mind then using the wheel every few encounters.
