I don't think they even have to go out of state for parts. Its just fully built PCs that they can't buy.

No. Dell was just to lazy to update their energy standards for their high end gaming computers when idle, a standard they agreed to and helped create, and instead just said they won't sell them in those states.

Tldr: dell done fucked up. Buy a Cyberpower PC
