Honestly most of them have pretty decent campaigns. Major exceptions being BLOPs 3, WWII, and maybe others that don't immediately come to mind.

Cold War is comically bad but it's worth checking out because of how bad it is. It could have used a few more months in the oven. They at least tried to do a lot of different stuff with it but missed the mark on just about all of it.
