Saito is still like "we will finish this battle another day". Like...no Saito. Kenshi would have literally cleaved your head in half if he was using a proper sword. Drop it already. Ever since the Revolution ended, he's had nothing and no one to really give him the rush of feeling alive.~~ After the fight with Kenshin, ~~he coasts through the rest of the story. The only enemy who he fails against is Shishio, but that wasn't personal for Saito.
