The air is chilly when the wind picks up, but very warm when it doesn't ... The best analogy I can come up with is when you are in a power wash washing your car and the air gets all misty (and soapy, ehhh) and it's very nice --- "Salt cures Everything!" Anyways, early morning walks (often humid but quiet like you're describing here) are nice...if you can manage to be awake for them. --- Pronounced "Whup-pot". Say it.
