Summer is almost over and I have been pretty much bored to death the past few months. I would like to go out and do things but usually feel too tired to do anything. Last summer wasn't much better. Trying to get out of this cycle is tough.

Caffeine? Drink coffee all day long when I work. I work late shift and my sleep patterns can be bad sometimes. I want to exercise but don't have the energy. A few years ago I was the complete opposite and would workout 3-4 days a week and loved it. I'm too tired to exercise, but I probably won't feel better until I do. ... Copied to Clipboard!

when i am really depressed or anxious if i dont do anything i usually start slipping into worse state or panic attack mode

That's my life. Everything I do is motivated by me doing it for my family. When it's just about doing things for myself, Im not moving. I just end up at my sister's every day so I'll actually do something productive.
