while it's 7' long, it's only 3' wide instead of the standard 3.5' which is a bit weird

to me it's not really a pool table if isn't slate
personally i wouldn't go for one of those multi-game/multi-function tables because i'm semi-serious about pool. really want to get a table someday. but that's just me. ... Copied to Clipboard!

What's the cheapest slate you can get? Free, because no one wants to move them or spend the money to get them refelted. Pardon the sideways pic but I'm on my phone and dont have time. I wish you could correctly preview/rotate pictures you upload from your phone on the fly.

What kind of cue do you rock?i use a hand-me-down cue made by Dufferin, a canadian company, that my cousin gave me when i was a kid. it's 17 ounces with a 10.5mm tip so bordering being a snooker cue, but i got used to it so that now most standard pool cues feel clunky to me. ... I play with a fat old 19oz and a 12.5mm tip. It's a cheap factory Viking cue though, I got it for under $200 four or five years ago. I want to get a new one in the $500-$600 range when I'm done with grad school, with a 12mm or an 11.75mm tip. I'm also VERY used to a linen grip... it's strange how accustomed I am to my cue now.
