Straight up trolling. Like I don't even feel the desire to look up these two pokemon to figure out my answer after that.

My understanding is this is supposed to be about which would win in a battle, like I got the popularity with the machop win when things where kinda close on who was stronger. But the last round was not close there was a clear answer and the clear answer lost.

Miltank takes this free with milk drink and seismic toss.

Miltank is tankier and has access to a pretty good Fighting-type move selection in Body Press, which uses Defense rather than Attack for damage calculation, and Hammer Arm and reliable recovery in Milk Drink and Heal Bell for any status that Purugly might inflict.

Purugly is slightly speedier but it's has no access any Fighting-type moves that'd it'd actually want, it's best moves are Body Slam for Paralysis, Return for slightly more damage, and Last Resort which actually wouldn't be too bad paired with Fake Out.

Purugly can't do enough damage before Miltank can KO it. Miltank can stall out Purugly ten times over and Miltank can slow Purugly with a Body Slam of it's own with more damage to boot. There's really not much of a contest for Purugly.
