Would you?

I have no business outside of America.

The only way I'd permanently move out of America is if I was exiled and if I did something so bad to get exiled from America, idk if I could go on living (at least in any state that would befit the description of 'living life')

I have issues with the term "expat" as I feel it implies someone who moves to another country and mostly stays in communities with other anglophone expats. But yeah, sure. It's a good possibility.

Every day the Tories make me more tempted to want to do this and make me wish I could speak better German/French. Or any other language really.

Why are white, English-speaking people expats rather than migrants?

At this point, I probably have too many ties to the US to move out of the country.

Married, two teenage kids, many family members living local.

When I was younger/single, I always romanticized being "The American" living in some random European country. Doing something like just driving to the airport with a backpack and just hop on whatever the next available flight is out of the country and live there for a bit.

Oh, for sure, and I do want to actually improve my German again at some point as feel bad its deteriorated to the point of being unusable. But ultimately not really like moving will actually solve anything. Plenty of massive issues in other English speaking countries and France/Germany/Austria so I'd just be changing one shitty government for another.

Maybe I can just move to Scotland/Ireland when the Union falls apart.

I moved to Canada from the states back in 2019. I miss my mom, but I really have no desire to go back and visit. I have some weird fear that Ill be stopped at the border and not let back in to Canada.
