The 2020 Census has revealed even more about the population as America's white population is shrinking at a rapid pace and is now UNDER 60% for the first time on record with nearly 20 MILLION FEWER whites alive today than 10 years ago!!

Whites make up 57.8% of the country, a decrease of over 6% since 2010

That is the number of people who replied white lone non-hispanic or latino.

They are still the largest with 204.3 million but that number is down 223.6 million

The second largest is hispanics at 62 million or 18% with African Americans at 12.1% down from 13%

The populatio is becoming more diverse with people responding "some other race" than white, black, hispanic, native american, asian or pacific islander thn before

The only states where the majority of the populatio is non-white is California that his Hispanic dominated at 40.9%. DC that is black (40.9%), Hawaii that is Asian (36.5%), New Mexico that is Hispanic majority of 47% and Puerto Rico with 98% Hispanic

Vermont is the whitest state with 95.5% white

William Frey said "Twenty years ago if you told people that this was going to be the case, they wouldn't have believed you. The country is changing dramatically"

The data also shows a slowing rate of population growth as more than half of all US counties lost population from 2010 to 2020

NY, LA, Chicago, Houston and Phoenix are the 5 largest cities with Phoenix growing at a fast rate

States use the data to redraw district lines of the US House of Reps which could favour Republicans now that red states are seeing increases in population meaning more seats that could erase Democrats thin advantage

Some experts question if the census undercounted certain populations given both the pandemic and Trump's unsuccessful attempt to add citizenship questions..

Civil rights groups expressed concern that the failed attempt could nevertheless dissuaded immigrants from filling out the forms

Using the numbers you provided of 63% white population in 2010 vs 57.85% white population in 2021, along with easily found US population numbers:

2010 population = 309.3 million
309.3 million x 63% = 194.86 million

2021 population = 333.1 million
333.1 million x 57.85% = 192.70 million

Thats a difference of only 2.86 million.

White is a very exclusive group. As in, actively trying to exclude people. Then complain about dwindling numbers lol. I think a lot of white passing people are more comfortable accepting or reporting other backgrounds and removing themselves from this group.

Yes, I get my shots on schedule on account of me not being a little irresponsible bitch baby hypocrite like you assumed... Short term yes. This will change as the country continues to become more and more racially heterogeneous. The Republican party will rebrand (or be replaced) and likely drop the racism as soon as they stop getting elected because of it and we'll all quickly find that conservatism (both social and fiscal) is not a white-only thing it's just that people obviously can't support a party that hates them for their race even if they hold other views in common.

Anyone think the missing people decided not to trust the Census, and did not participate?

I would have thought a latino party would form as they are the new majority. At least we'll have a 3 party system. Somehow corpos will still manage to screw us over.

Yeah, a race that historically has actively tried to "other" people. Especially in the US, ever heard of one drop rule. That still persists. Now dwindling numbers are an issue even though they really aren't dwindling.
