Excuse you, the Big Macs have lettuce AND onions. With no bread, that's basically a salad.

a big mac is 550 calories, and a filet o fish is 379 calories

so that's 1,858 calories there. and the pizza is probably super high in calories, same with the chocolate cake.

Gotta account for toppings though, a 550 Big Mac is definitely with all the fixings. If going by Trumps version, I can't imagine it'd be over 400 without the bread and only ketchup. I think you can definitely get Trumps diet in at or around 2500. Just gotta keep the portions smaller in the stuff not specified.

But for me, I eat like shit but watch the calories. Small lunch/snacks, fairly sized dinner, and a protein shake/drink later at night has worked for me for years.

• Using Domino's as an example, a small pepperoni pizza with regular cheese and no crust is 480 calories.
• Assuming 9 Oreos, that's 480 calories.
• Assuming one of the small lunchbox bags of Lay's Original potato chips, that's 160 calories.
• Assuming a 4oz steak, that's 307 calories.
• Assuming 2tbsps of Heinz ketchup, that's 40 calories.
• From googling various gravies, I'll say 25 calories for 4tbsps of gravy.
• Assuming 2tbsps of ranch dressing, that's 146 calories.
• Assuming 2tbsps of bacon bits, that's 33 calories.
• With a 1/6th slice of Marie Callendar's Chocolate Satin Pie as an example, that's 530 calories.
• With one 2/3 cup serving of Ben & Jerry's vanilla ice cream as an example, that's 330 calories.

So all total, that's 4,460 calories. I was being a bit charitable by not counting the salad and assuming relatively small sizes for everything.

Ive done it most my life. Only recently started drinking flavored water some.

I live a unhealthy life style but soda is one of the few things I go beyond moderation with. That and alcohol. My eating habits are unhealthy but fortunately I have a small appetite.

I don't know what the difference is between diet Coke and Coke zero, but I assume diet Coke is either low calorie or zero calorie. And a lot of that stuff taste the same compared to regular Coke

However I assume, if it is 0 calorie, the sweetness is probably coming from aspartame. I'm not a diet expert or anything, but some people don't like aspartame because it apparently affects your gut flora.

Its weird I drink diet my.dew and depending on what packaging it comes in it sometimes says 0 calories or sometimes it will say like 1 I think. All sat low calorie in the front label though. So I guess its just a really miniscule amount its not worth mentioning on 12 oz.
