gunplagirl 08/20/21 3:28:49 PM #1:	tl;dr my first surgeon basically ignored what I wanted and lied about how much he could put in. And the results are lacking, even if they look nice they're physically way smaller than they look. So I've been having some serious issues with dysmorphia, as well as had feelings from the bodily autonomy stuff. If nothing else, I'll have space for more implant having already stretched out the flesh and breast pocket created in my first surgery. While the title says AMA, any questions about other users on this website are off limits unless it's about what I think their favorite dinosaur is. Thing is, my brain still says I should have certain things be this way or another. As such, I've had to also research the surgeries and get an idea of what the results ought to be, risks and complications. I also had to have some long, complex reflection. While I'd love giant humongo-titties, I also know that past a certain size the risk of not just complications goes up, but also the risk of back issues even if I work out to strengthen my core, etc. And of course, there's a limit to how much you can have before it interferes with day to day things. Having to buy custom clothes or at least specialty store ones, plus all the tailoring things might require. Having it get in the way of your vision and even hugging others or what have you. Basically, I spent time doing that reflecting, and checking out others results (especially with this surgeon, a friend recommended him and I love her results and know what her starting point was, how large she is in comparison to me), plus did that whole rice filling the bra thing to figure out roughly how much more the size I'm aiming for would add, how it would sit in various angles, etc. So basically, I'm trying to get that nice ratio of what's reasonable for daily existence/ quieting down or silencing the dysmorphia voices/ practicality of what I can accomplish with this revision. And well, I know I'll never have giga tits. That's just reality. If I had no worry about money or employment and housing, maybe I could pursue that stuff. I've had over a half dozen friends smaller than me who had less breast going in and getting 200 ccs or more than me. Hell, I had one friend get 100 more and she was trying to keep them small, and they look it on her. So I get that frames and stuff affect it. Tongue splitting, stuff to add horns (they're bumps but still), that thing where they cut holes in the cheeks or space under the lower lip, and any surgery where they do multiple procedures at once. And the results are lacking, even if they look nice they're physically way smaller than they look. So I've been having some serious issues with dysmorphia, as well as had feelings from the bodily autonomy stuff. If nothing else, I'll have space for more implant having already stretched out the flesh and breast pocket created in my first surgery. While the title says AMA, any questions about other users on this website are off limits unless it's about what I think their favorite dinosaur is. Thanks for your understanding. Y'know.
